WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each sign is made-to-order, uniquely for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however, please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

CAN I PUT MY SIGN OUTSIDE?

Every sign we make is designed to be displayed indoors. Select outdoor signs can be kept outside away from the elements for a limited amount of time. Wood naturally weathers - we recommend carefully selecting placement to keep your sign beautiful. See the info section on each listing for more details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Current production times are 1-2 weeks and will vary depending on the type of sign. All orders are made in the order in which we receive them. You will be notified via email, with tracking info, when your order ships.
